The best customer service I have received in a very long time. I had purchased the incorrect toner cartridge for my printer - which I only discovered when the previous toner had run out. I rushed to Blue Ink and felt very silly for making such a mistake. All the staff present in the shop assisted me and went out of their way to make me feel better, get me the new toner and send me on my way so I could get back to my busy job. The entire way back to work I smiled at how great I felt dealing with them. That's it for me. The only place I'm going in the future. Highly recommended.
