Blue Gum Builders were in charge of project management and building my solar passive house. I highly recommend them ! Very professional with a great understanding of sustainable building! My architect and myself were more then happy with the results! A negative pressure test was performed by my architect once the house was finished and was more then satisfying! I would always choose Blue Gum Builders if I decide to build again in the future and definitely recommend them !

We contacted a number of builders to construct our first home, and Andy was the only one decent enough to come back to us. He took us through the design process with the architect, and helpfully pointed to areas of our design that might have caused budget blowouts. The build went relatively smoothly, despite inclement weather which skewed some timelines, and we were able to move in within a year from breaking ground. We are very pleased with the quality of the job. Andy's build team paid great attention to detail, and the lead builder's years of experience became very evident as he was able to spot problems before they happened. Post build, Andy has, and continues to be, very responsive in rectifying any unexpected issues that we have encountered. I don't believe that many of the larger companies would have this level of service. I have already recommended them to people, and will continue to do so.
