I purchased a generator new and cannot fault the sales side of things but a product is sometimes only as good as the back up service. I needed a new muffler and called up and gave the model details from the generator that I purchased from them. The muffler arrived, it was used and had rust on it, it also does not match all the same mounting points as the original muffler. From my perspective I provided the details of the unit that I purchased from Blue Diamond and ordered the muffler based on it correctly fitting the unit and being new. I contacted them to advise of the situation and they advised it was off another unit and not new, I was never advised this at the time of the purchase. I don’t think it is realistic when you provide the necessary details that the part will fit and be new. After much back and forth I was offered to return it to Perth at my expense, I already paid 35 freight to receive it, said I was not happy with this and now nothing for weeks. Pretty poor customer service to say the least.

Over the last 10 years I have sourced my machinery from blue diamond. 6.5kva diesel autostart generator, road saw, 2x 4000psi pressure washers, industrial portable evaporated aircon everything I need, reliable and hard wearing. The pressure washers in particular have served me no so for years in the open weather day in and day out without any problems. Highly recommended product, excellent customer service, available to help when needed. Five stars!

Bought my compressor from this company less the a year and play up. Should under warranty Wait more then 2 weeks nothing has been happen. I keep call up sent me a technician out but nothing as been done after! A workshop without compressor for over a month then tell me to bring it back to workshop we have a look? Product I give 1 star service I give 0

I had purchased a genesys 9.3kva generator (Yet to test ) for mark Davis communication he replied to my emails quickly and even on the weekend. Unfortunately when I received the generator there was a small chip in the paint, after I sent mark a picture he replied within half hour stating that he will be more than happy to replace it or give me a discount. Great customer service
