Friendly, helpful staff. Great services in the library and online. Up to date with the latest technology so there's access for all the community. I like what they've done with the decor in recent times, the trees in the children's area look terrific from outside. Really warms the place up. Close to shops and transport. Handy parking underneath, but the lift is the slowest I've ever used in my life. Blacktown Council needs to provide funding for a new one.

JP services need to be improved. The guy on duty 10.4.21 at 2.00pm was very rude to the community seeking assistance. Very impatient and kept telling people off for incorrect documentation. For most people it is a rare opportunity to use the service so please be more understanding if they don't do the right thing or miss out on what needs to be provided. I sat there watching each person being told off for something or the other. Many were from non English speaking backgrounds. Extremely disappointed .

Returning grandchildrens library books Easter Saturday morning and my car was locked in the library carpark! For 4 days!!! I should be grateful WE weren't locked in too!

My favourite library in the Blacktown area. Large seating area including an area for children. Self serve borrowing options. Free internet for members. The only feedback I have is to replace the one-by-one returning system and use a chute so people can return all books in one go.

Nice place, easy spot to get to. Only down fall was the JP we used was on a power trip. Very rude. He thought he was acting like he was a supreme court judge or something. Won't be using them for JP services again. But lmthe library it self is good.

I'll give the library and staff full 5 stars but the JP service is disappointing. Unlike another review which pointed out that the JP was rude, the JP on volunteer today was "so friendly" that she was chatting with every requestor for a really long time. If you want to socialise with a JP, this may be the JP service for you, not when you just want to get some docs sighted and signed by the JP. I gave up before my turn because she took a full 30 mins just on 2 tickets. Sigh

Like the children's area and the children' s book corner. There is quite a large selection of books. There are special activities provided for parents and their kids. Book reservation service is very good. After booking online, people pick up reserved books then check them out at the self service counters. Before the pandemic, there were trainings and short courses running at the library. Counter service can be quite slow. Waiting to get attention from staffs can be a pain sometimes.
