Very satisfied with the process of purchasing a new vehicle from Lander Nissan, from price negotiation, being kept informed, and delivery. Aydrien provided top customer service and Eric made the formalities easy. I would visit again.
For those who want a new car and going for a Nissan I recommend this dealership. The sales guys will bend over backwards to close a deal. Regardless buying or browsing, these guys are professional and yet relaxed. Take advantage of the Nissan finance of 2.9% for Nissan Qashqai 2020 model. Lowest compared to a Honda, Mazda, Toyota and so forth.
Have been attempting for over 1 week to contact the Service Centre at Prospect. All attempts have been unsuccessful - phone calls drop out unanswered and messages via Messenger go unresponded. My KIA is under extended warranty and I've been trying to get the Service Centre to confirm when the next service is due so I can book it in. Tried online via website but this also went unresponded. Resorting to posting here in the hope that this may get a response.
Incredibly disappointed in this dealership. Feel free to buy a vehicle from here if you have very little expectation of being treated like anything other than respectful. Terrible Terrible service & after sale support. Their attitude seems to be more to bad so sad sort it out yourself. All I can say is thank goodness I never went with their finance. When it comes to purchasing a car would never ever ever buy from them again even if they paid me a million dollars to. Absolutely disgraceful, the entire experience was just a flop not sure why I even went through with it, I thought that maybe they were just having an off day & no person/company could be this Terrible....save yourself & go elsewhere .
