They took care of our fur baby really well. Amazing people. They'd respond to my messages straight away whenever I wanted to check how my pup's doing. Reasonable rates with excellent service. Highly recommended!

The people who run this place are so kind and friendly. We put our two fur babies in for four days while we went out to Western Plains Zoo. We discovered that many, many people repeatedly trust this place to look after their furry friends. Now that is a place you can have confidence in. They encourage people to spend some time with their animal in the enclosure before leaving them there rather than just dropping them off. Food is included in the boarding price but if your animal is very fussy you can leave your own supplies with instructions. There are various different sized enclosures for the cats and each one can have a supervised roam about outside their 'room' each day if they want to. They also have window ledges where they can watch the chickens outside. The dogs have big areas where they can socialise with other dogs if they wish. It's like a doggy holiday camp. They board chickens here as well. It is recommended to book well in advance if you're going away at Christmas and the New Year. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be happy to leave our darlings here on future occasions.

Lovely, friendly staff that clearly love dogs and cats. When we picked our dog up, he was happy and calm. He had a wonderful time at Blue Mountains Pet Resort. (Plus they were happy to give him his medication.) Definitely using them again.

My dog had the best time here. This team are genuine animal lovers (which you would hope in a kennel but not always the case). They did a temprament/anxiety test on my dog before he stayed there the first time. You have to book well in advance for holiday periods.
