We are extremely happy with the service that has been provided by Helloworld Shellharbour. Our last 4 holidays were booked through them. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Our last holiday was impacted due to COVID and our consultant kept us informed with our available options. Above and beyond really. We can’t wait to rebook and travel again in 2021.

My family wanted to go on a cruise with specific events for my little brother. Helloworld said they could do it. At the last moment they said they couldnt anymore, but said they could move them to a cruise with the same things. Not only didnt they have the same events, they didnt have any child friendly events at all. They lied to their faces and when confronted said they couldnt do anything about it. 1/5 stars 0/10. Going to tell everyone who is asking about this place to never go.
