Walking down O’Connell Street, I was drawn to this cafe because even from a distance I felt it would have some healthy options as I could see lots of fresh fruit. It’s a little pocket rocket, with inside and outside seating, fresh tailor made juices, Vietnamese salad bowls and rolls made to order, beaty music, fresh air and pretty laid back. This is the perfect healthy eat and run for your lunch hour spot. AND Coffee lovers (says the one shot shooter) I believe a happy crew always make a good brew, and this did not fail for me this time. The coffee was super smooth.

Great coffee and fresh fruit smoothies options
Coffee was good, service was average with some ordinary attitude given. I had eggs and bacon. It was 2 slices of home brand bread with two overcooked eggs and one slice of bacon cut in half???? 26 was a bit much I thiught.
One of the few cafe in North Adelaide always willing to accept reusable cup. As a driver, sometimes I don't have anywhere to wash my cup. The staff there are so kind to fix it for me each time. The fruit juice is freshly made by order. In the hot weather, the staff will offer you the option to blend the ice into smoothe instead of juice with ice. The salad bowl is made by order too. I love their chicken salad bowl.
Best place to have a Vietnamese bread roll or cold rolls very fresh to eat (many more things too) and Delicious, also the smoothies are great and the coffee are AMAZING! very strong and the milk is very smooth. Best service ever very friendly
