Does not inform in the web page the value of the market and the value of the purchase they are taking , making that customer must go to the magine and introduce money for a first transaction to know, ones you put the money in the magine there is no return, disgusting way to handle a customer, and make them to put the money in a transaction they are not sure of the amounts.

Saw the ads saying all you need to do is scan QR code and you can buy coins. This is 100% false, first you have to provide sensitive personal information including photo ID and get your account verified. The whole point of buying bitcoin with cash is to do so anonymously. The video ads for bitrocket showed that I could do this anonymously with just the QR code, this is false advertising. On top of this the fees are absolutely insane. Put 1800 Aud in the machine, only received 1675 Aud worth of bitcoin. This is a 125 fee for using an ATM. I highly recommend to all to avoid this machine and company at all costs unless you enjoy being robbed.

Always good to come around here. There's never a bad experience. I was cynical about how secure this place would be but with the new positions of the ATMs, this is the only place to do your transactions. If only they have something closer to Blacktown.

ParcelPoint is crazy. Need delivery card that courier never leaves and passport Spend all time chasing parcels which end up going missing and never a refund Very friendly though

Gave me wrong money - over 1000 less than I asked for.. And no support call back. Support team finally called back 5 hours later and resolved the incident to my satisfaction
