Whilst on holidays from Melbourne I was struck down with an ear infection which needed specialist attention. I am eternally grateful to Kerrie who cared enough to arrange an emergency appointment as without it I would have been in a terrible predicament. And thank you to Dr Timperley who made sure I left in a better state from that which I came in! Thanks a million Kerry and Evolve ENT for allowing me to continue enjoying the rest of my holiday with my children!

I have had the most amazing experience/service at this practice. One of the doctors has identified and remediated a nasal/respiratory problem that I have had for years - can’t thank this professional practice enough... for the first time in 20 years or more, I can smell again - how good is that?? Would recommend them to anybody who needs specialist care. I have a new lease on life because of the accuracy of diagnosis and minimal medications and, I don’t have to have an operation!

I highly recommend Evolve ENT. Specialist care from doctors who put their patients needs and care first. After battling breathing problems for years, I am finally getting some answers. Excellent service!

Appalling, kept waiting for 35 minutes before I finally approached the counter after I had seen another patient had just been shown through to the Dr's room. I was informed by a staff member that the Dr was running a little late. On the basis that an appointment is normally 30 to 45 minutes the Dr was going to be over an hour late for my appointment. A LITTLE LATE ? What is it about Dr's in Australia ? Do they believe that their time is more important than ours ? Do they think because they went to medical school that normal common courtesy does not apply ? Well I went to university, I can assure you I would never treat my clients like this. I requested a call back from there Dr, nothing, no call no apology. Just rude !!! p.s. If they can't get their own website right how can we trust them to perform surgery ? Copy and paste from their website ! Do you notice anything wrong ? Here is a clue, Dr's can't count ? Evolve ENT is the collaboration of three QLD based ENT surgeons, Drs David Hogan, Kristy Fraser-Kirk, Daniel Timperley and Ben McArdle.

Very poor service! On making the appointment i was told one thing then in the appointment was told that they could do what we had been told months before so it was just a waste of our time and just a money grab for them. Make sure you have all the right information before you go because they just denie it when you call them out!

Our 4 year old daughter recently had her tonsils and adenoids removed by Dr Ben McArdle and he would have to be the best specialist we have ever dealt with. Very caring and informative! Our daughter was In great hands! We would highly recommend!
