As a Committee member I have dealt with BCP Strata on a regular basis and I would like to express my thanks for the timely professional services they have provided to our committee. Always friendly and helpful when required and nothing is too much trouble. They went over and beyond their duty to get our development to where it is today of which most of our owners are grateful. Unfortunately our committee were targeted by several residents as is often the case and the situation forced the committee to resign. I certainly have no hesitation in recommending BCP Strata.
Refined Plumbing specialises in commercial maintenance such as body corporate preventative and reactive maintenance. From our experience I can say BCP Strata are the utmost professionals in their field. They communicate great and work tirelessly to provide great quality solutions for there clients time after time.
Very disappointing company. Very poor customer and owners support. Had to educate them on Body Corporate legislation requirements and got threatening e-mails from the director Scott Simpson who despite whinging actioned my concerns. Resulted in the Body Corporate resigning. Gave no advice to owners in the interim period, then tried to hold off elections of a new committee until they got another term of management. Owners had enough...can't wait to get rid of them. Very poor Not only my experience but residents within the estate. Amusing that some of these reviews are not reflective of the performance of this company.
BCP's staff experience and knowledge has helped us navigate through various issues that can arise in a Body Corp complex. They are readily available to answer queries quickly. Due to their industry experience they have access to an extensive list of contacts in the area. The online system is easy to navigate for both owners and committee members for up to date information.

As former Chairman of the Body Corporate Committee, I found BCPStrata very helpful and supportive throughout a very difficult 18months which resulted in the whole committee resigning. BCPStrata couldn’t have done more to help us.
