My wife and I decided to build our dream house along the Gold Coast canals. We chose Billy Dawson as our architect and interior designer and could not have been happier. Billy was highly professional, very knowledgeable in his field and made the whole process incredibly smooth for us. We were constantly in communication and he showed us an impressive creative streak in his designs! He would always answer promptly and was very patient with us and all our questions. We really love the clean, contemporary and elegant design of our house. He designed a house that had great open spaces, was energy efficient and most importantly to us, captured the open canal view with city skyline. He even guided us to select all finishing as well. Building a new house is never straightforward. But Billy made it much easier by dealing with the multitude of professional reports the council needed and he dealt with all the technical issues that popped up during construction. Building our house has been quite a smooth and wonderful journey overall and we are very happy with the final results. We would recommend Billy to anyone without reservations. Wai Ki and Amelia
