My girlfriend goes here regullarily and I've noticed so many great changes in her from mood to flexibility and weight loss. I decided to try it out with her, it is certainly difficult but the instructor made me feel comfortable. Everyone belongs no matter your fitness level, weight, age or gender. It's a very inclusive environment that I would encourage anyone to try at least once. There are special plans you can go on to help with the cost, they really have done a great job making bikram hot yoga Perth a fun, all inclusive environment.
Friendly, clean and comfortable studio. Follows bikram method beautifully. I wpuld definitely attend a session again next time I'm in Perth!

Feeling so blessed that I have found a lovely studio. My initial goal to start Bikram yoga was to lose weight after hammering my body with running but it's taken beyond its expectations and I can feel massive change mentally not only physically. Never thought I'd fall in love with yoga and thank you for changing my life...
This is a great hot yoga studio, very clean and still cranking out the 90 min original hot yoga series that keeps you feeling good.
All around amazing studio. Clean facilities, free parking, and multiple classes offered during the day. A welcoming community has already been created by a studio that has been open for less than a year.
So good definitely leave feeling so thankful for everything particularly being alive. It’s a bikram thing and these dudes know it. Get here
