would strongly consider a different brand or at least a different shop i ordered 3 shirts and was told to expect the shirts the following Thursday about a week from when i paid when i didn't get a call on the Thursday i followed up the shop they had no idea about my order and said that i would get a return call this didn't happen for 24 hours once i got the call i was advised that the shirts weren't ordered and id have to wait another week i then advised i would like a refund and was promptly told no and id have to contact head office i then contacted head office who directed me back to the shop i then had to return to the shop to get the refund i was then told it would take at least 3 days when the money didn't show i called the shop who advised me to call head office who then advised me they took the wrong details for the refund and just decided not to refund my money no call no nothing after all this running round i advised the company to keep my money as getting it back was more stress than its worth to me moral of the story peter jackson will take your money but wont return it when they cant supply the good purchased

The staff at Peter Jackson (Harbourtown) are amazing! Michael in particular helped style my twin sons for their formal recently. I found him to be so helpful, patient, accommodating and attentive. His sense of style is outstanding and made my job easy to fit my sons in high quality suits and shirts that were well fitted. I would certainly recommend and compliment them on their service and friendly nature. Michael also was more than happy to offer suggestions for ties, belts and shoes making the whole shopping experience 5 star. I'll be back to fit son #4 next year. Thanks so much.

Over the last 2 days I’ve purchased some clothing from the store at Harbour town. The sales assistant Mitch was so helpful and professional. He could tell sizing without my partner (who I was shopping for) being there and gave us great options from a mans point of view. I've shopped at all of the Peter Jackson stores on the Coast & I'd have to say that the service at the Harbour Town store is by far the warmest of them here on the Coast! I've been served by Mitchem twice now and he's been nothing but helpful, knows your sizes just by looking at you and is definitely a forward thinker - the type of guy that doesn't want you to just wear the garment once but rather get the most use out of it which is what us men like to hear!
