they certainly need to improve on communicating with the clients instead of client trying to chase up their own orders all the time. EXTREMELY slow with the orders, EXTREMELY. Be AWARE! Thank you to Penny for taking an immediate action , I immediately received email. And again they made a boo boo again and left apology out. But ringing and speaking to manager makes a whole change... thank you

We have had several years of ordering scrub sets from Mediscrubs. Quality and comfort is superb. The new utility pants are extremely comfortable for busy days on the ward. I have recently ordered and received a Christmas print scrub top and the material is soft and cool. 5 stars.

Perfect fit and an amazing variety of colours and patterns. Would choose Mediscrubs over any other overseas store, much easier shopping within Australia. Quality is next level and shipping is speedy. Never had an issue. And best thing is when you order a few garments, the sizing is universal instead of getting all different sized "XS's"

I am shocked at the communication of this organisation. Appaling. I paid for an order several weeks ago and even paid express. I received an email some time later that the scrubs were on backorder. I rang to get a refund because I needed them for an event that had passed. The person answering didnt seem like they had taken a call in their life, and I was transferred several times, only to go back to the same person. She said she "didn't know where the treasurer was" and would tell them to provide my refund. I am still waiting on my refund or a follow up email. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Website looks really professional but customer service is absolutely terrible. Worst I've seen in my life.

I've been wearing Mediscrubs (the same 3 pairs for 2 years!). They're super comfortable and no need to iron when they're hung out! Recently I purchased a new top and wasn't sure on sizing - I emailed to ask advice and was phoned by a lovely lady who couldn't have helped me more working out which size to order.

So disappointed as I LOVE mediscrubs. The only brand of scrubs I’ve ever owned! Howver, just last week I recently bought two pairs of scrubs. ( I was told that there was no stock in my size for the desired colour and if I wanted that colour, I’d need to order which takes 4-6 weeks.) One of the scrubs I decided on was the “new” material with spandex which stretches and is very comfortable. However the other old material pair I purchased (which I was told there was no new material available in this colour) is so uncomfortable and hard for work in compared to the new material. I’m so disappointed as I paid good money for this material/uniform that is nowhere near as comfortable or practical for nursing. This saddens me to write this it truly does as I love this company.

Excellent service. Bronwyn was fantastic to work with, nothing was too much trouble when we needed to update our existing logo and even make a 'one word' for 2 tops only. The quality is great and the scrub tops wash really well with no colour fade.

Always quick shipping and delivery. I find size charts very accurate and have never had any issues with their products. All items are comfortable and very durable for everyday wear as a nurse in a busy emergency department.
