Great price point and store layout. Unfortunately I would recommend buying from online store as "further discount" on clearance items are met with exclusions in store that are included online. Even upon showing store supervisor email confirmation from Coach Customer Service regarding inclusive items, she still did not make the decision to honour in store. I told her that it was ok and I would purchase online but she tried to convince me to buy instore excluding discount. This behaviour is expected from an franchise owner however I am pretty sure all Coach stores are company owned. Perhaps management need to be a little more flexible or be more in line with Head Office decisions.
