I've always loved coming here and today my experience was more amazing than ever. The lady who worked today when I was there around 1-2pm was extremely friendly, she asked how my day was, where I worked etc....helped to save me a fitting room and hung my dresses up for me. She asked how my sizing was going and was happy to help get a smaller size. When I went to the counter she asked what the occasion was and congratulated me on my recent engagement!! It was such a positive experience and I wanted to let her know her customer service is incredible!!!!! Thank you :)

Very good shopping
Went into this store and brought about 5 sale items. The lady looked at me and said 'you're not gonna try them on?' With horrible tone and judgement. To which i said it is fine. This is a horrible sale tactic as i brought smaller sizes to help push myself into losing weight. The personal attack has led me to feel horrible about myself and this isnt the first time this store has done this to me. Buy somewhere else guys unless you want to be judged.

I visited the Harbour town Ally outlet today and Erin helped me out picking some items! She was so kind and professional, she even helped me find some things I'd seen online, she called another store for me and was very thorough. I'm so happy she was there because I definitely wouldn't have found everything on my own. Thanks so much, Erin!
