We wanted something fun, entertaining and different for our engagement party and the mechanical bull provided just that!! It is always refreshing to engage with a business when staff are helpful, genuine and efficient - exactly what we experienced with Big Fun. Bharat was a great operator and enthusiastically engaged with all of our guests (challenging the more daring and encouraging those a little more cautious!) Thank you for the great experience!
Big Fun has recently provided us with a couple of their large inflatables for our Christmas Carnival. We were NOT disappointing. The staff were very professional and everything was delivered and picked up on time. The inflatables were in good condition. You will not have any issues.

Had a poor experience with Big Fun - found it hard to get in contact with them to book games and found a lack of communication frustrating. However, upon posting a review I had their manager contact me to apologise and he was open to feedback which I really appreciated.
