We had Big Difference complete a Pergola for us around 15 years ago and were very happy with the outcome. So when we needed a Pergola for our newly built home, we did not hesitate to contact them again for a quote. Scott from Big Difference, came inspected, made suggestions, provided advice with a quote quickly received. We had a couple of quotes from different places and Big Difference while being slightly cheaper than their competitor actually came up with a far better solution for our Pergola. Pergola was installed earlier than we were expecting and all of the trades people were excellent. We absolutely love our new pergola....it is better than what we were expecting. Everyone that visits our house comments on how great it looks and how it seamlessly blends in with the house. I encourage anyone looking for a new pergola to visit / request a quote from Big Difference.

Excellent showroom on Junction Rd. Went there to get a better idea of what I was quoted for. Two electronic veranda blinds. Turns out, it was exactly what we wanted. Waiting for the installation. Will update when they are installed.

Have dealt with Big Difference now for over 20 years, and have watched the changes in design and flexibility ( and have used all over this time). Always reliable and give excellent service. Love the electric blinds we recently installed. Currently using them yet again.
