New discovery today. Good walk. Would be even better if I didn’t see or smell those dogs poo hanging on the entrance sign board. What is the poo doing there? Why?.

A very pretty walk in the heart of Sydney with many changing sceneries. The many river crossings are beautiful. You can choose to do one of three main walks or do it in one circuitous route. Only one boring stretch where you walk along people’s houses.
This is a seriously beautiful hike. We walkef for 1 hour and 45 minutes. I didn't see any platypuses. But it inspired me to buy a nice pair of Italian hiking poles from Kathmandu.
A true hidden gem in the heart of Castle Hill. It was a very quick and easy 2 km loop walk for kids. The water falls was just awesome to view on the way. However, at some places it smelled like savage water. There is a big play ground for kids or adults to play cricket/ soccer etc. Clean toilets and very well maintained garden for a picnic. Would definitely love to come back.
This is a great small reserve to spend a couple of hours relaxing and taking nature in. Great walk and dogs allowed. There are lots of bird types here to keep an eye out for. The creek is great to enjoy when it rains. You will have to be careful in a few spots along the track as the recent rains have washed some embankment away. It is a nice easy walk and you can take the kids to have some fun too.
Good track, kids love it, spend 3 hours going from easy to difficult in 4.7km, had so much fun.
Great walk. It's a 2km loop walk. Street parking available. Lot of ups and downs. It was relaxing and enjoyable.
Great track Starts off with a footpath and then turns into a bushtrack. All sorts of birdlife such as Rosellas, Cockatoos and throughout whole walk, birds chirping made experience really enjoyable...we saw a few lizards as well. There are a few tracks you can do but if you do the loop, gets you back in an easy level of walking
