A beautiful nature sanctuary for rescued and endangered native animals. You can feed the free roaming kangaroos, and the guides feed Tasmanian devils at certain times and give very interesting and informative talks. This place is doing great work and is well worth a visit. Great for kids and adults alike.

a really lovely wildlife sanctuary with kangaroos and birds roaming around. the tassie devil talk was very informative and there was a baby wombat on show as well. nothing like a zoo, more like a sanctuary that helps release animals back into the wild. you can buy feed to feed the roaming kangaroos too!

Enjoyed spending nearly half a day here. A number of free roaming animals and birds and a few in the enclosures. Would suggest having a pram for toddlers as the area is quite big. Loved feeding the kangaroos. The Tassie Devil feeding session was quite informative. Don't miss the black swans or the white peacocks.

Amazing place to see lots of native Australian/Tasmanian animals and birds. Strongly recommend buying some animal food so you can feed kangaroos and birds, and also recommend viewing the Tasmanian Devil feeding session.

What an interactive, informative and chilled place, I’ll be back. You’ll be so up close to all the animals & get to feed the kangaroos, wallabies & geese etc. The park rangers are really friendly & excited to tell all. Learn too at feeding time (Tassie devils) at patting time (wombat) and wondering around reading the info boards.

What a fantastic place to visit. The keepers are so knowledgeable, kind and entertaining. They are passionate about the animals and will explain the stories of each rescue or journey the animals/ birds have been on to bring them to Nature world. Definitely a highlight of my trip to Bicheno.

Before entering the zoo we have very look expectation. Having been to many famous zoo in Australia, I did not expect this zoo were so well run and intersting. The zoo was 10 times bigger than I have pictured. Zoo keeper were super friendly and you can tell they just love animals. If you interested in Tasmania Devils this is a must go place, the feeding session was very interactive and educational. I wanted to give a big thumb up to all Zoo keeper working at this place. You guys did a great job, super professional.

Relaxing and open centre. Very friendly and helpful staff. Let the kids run and explore. Keep your eyes open for wildlife, especially the ones low to the ground
