I turned up late one afternoon with a container full of rusty & broken bolts from a bull bar. The guy behind the counter was super helpful & accomodating in getting a match for what I needed. Highly recommend.

Awesome service for fasteners ! I've been here several times over the last few months. Every single time, they had what I wanted ( including an uncommon fine metric size, think it was M10 x 1, that another major bolt supplier didn't stock nor wanted to get in ). Prices have always been where or lower than I expected and I also was able to get just one or a few fasteners, not having to buy a box of 100. Finally, not sure who the guy who has served me is, but he is the best. Absolutely should work with people as he has a great manner about him. Have gone to another bolt place for the last thirty or so years - not going there anymore. This place is my new first choice fastener supplier.
Spent weeks looking for bolts for my landcruiser. These guys had the right ones and were 10 times cheaper than the other places I found them. Staff were friendly. Couldn't ask for better service.
I went to this lovely little store that had excellent service called "Searle Fastners" it had everything I needed for this neat little dollhouse I am making for my darling wife. Whereas this sad and sorry excuse for a nuts and bolts store had NONE of what I required, terrible store as it stocked nothing useful.
