Don't register there Tickford ECM remap with Tickford Australia so no warranty. Makes you wonder if it is a genuine Tickford remap or some cheap alterative. After enquiring Brett said he would fix issue but since then no response from him or there admin.

Very disappointed with the customer service. After several attempts to book my car in, I finally had it sorted and was asked to be there at 7.30am. Got there early to be told they’ll get to it during the day some time and to leave the car there. Since I live in Mandurah that wasn’t an option. Then the bloke took down my details for the fourth time and said Brett(?) might call me but if not call them after 8.30. Not good enough as far as I’m concerned. Have called them four times and been there twice and still no service.

I just got my ve clubsport wagon tuned. And it is running better then ever. I couldn't reccomened anyone else to work on it car if your serious about it. Brett is a absolute legend too cheers boys !
Thank you so much to Brett and the team at FTP. The customer service I received was second to none. I was having a few issues with my GTS but after a quick test drive Brett was able to tell me what was wrong and the best way to fix them. Car was booked in couple of days later and I couldn't be happier with the results. I have a few more mods I'd love to get done when able to so I will definitely be back. No place I'd rather take my baby than to FTP

FTP has set the standard for us, after speaking to Brett and his team at FTP we have had numerous works done to the vehicle over the past couple of years, ultimately making it an amazing vehicle to drive. Apart from the fact that our car now looks and drives like an absolute beast I have to say the service from the crew at Formula tech is second to none. You just don't get that standard of service anywhere else. The whole team is dedicated to customer service and not just for the initial sale ( like most places we have been to) from the first phone call, through to each time our car has been in - I would not trust anywhere else with our car. Cannot recommend enough - if your mad about your car, this is the place to take it!
