I have rented with upwards of 5 different real estates and have had numerous different experiences good and bad however have never had such a good experience from the get go as I have had with my property manager Alicia with my new BHC apartment. She has been so easy to deal with and has answered my questions even going above and beyond to go and take measurements of spaces in the apartment (fridge,washing machine) for me prior to moving in which she didn’t have to do but I was so thankful for. Any maintenance has been actioned straight away and emails responded to quickly and efficiently. I literally cannot fault BHC and Alicia and her above and beyond customer service - down to picking up the keys I had a very tight timeframe and Alicia had everything ready at reception for me, the receptionist(I didn’t get her name) was also extremely professional with assisting me efficiently whilst juggling other people at reception and managing phone calls.

My partner and I rented with BHC for 3 years and we have always received the most wonderful service from them. Nelson was always exceptionally quick at actioning our requests (one time I had an electrician call me regarding a job I had asked him about 10 mins prior) and was very helpful all the time. We will miss renting from BHC!

I experienced great communication and quick responses from the BHCL staff (Rochelle & Tracey) when I emailed with questions in regards to the progression of my application. Tracey and Rochelle are a pleasure to deal with, and so prompt with communication. I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you are looking for NRAS rentals in Brisbane your first and only stop should be BHC.

This is the best realestate agency I've ever been with! Nelson Gomez is the best property manager! Any problems I have gets sorted quickly and they are always on top of everything.
