Please do yourself a favour and go float. No need to read the rest of the review. It was my first float and although I have an established meditation practice, I wanted to see if I could take it further. So I wanted to give it a shot. The space is sacred and smells beautiful as you enter. The staff make you feel welcome, and Mary (who is an angel in disguise) got me into a very good mental space before I entered the pod. The pods are top quality, and I had a good float. After the float, you can spend some quiet time in a sitting space while sipping warm tea. A surprising side effect (which I wasn't expecting) was my sinuses cleared up. Apparently the salt water helps. If there is an option to give 10 stars, I would. Overall its great value for money, and Mary says she wants to "change the world, one float at a time", she really means it.

So enjoyable and relaxing. The staff are friendly and walk you through the float process. Very clean establishment. It's a great experience to unwind and simply find time for yourself.
I had my third float today, and I cannot tell you how amazing it was. I actually fell asleep in the pod. Mary is just the kindest person I know. She shows so much empathy, and she goes over and beyond, especially with her clients that are unwell. Thank you Mary for taking care of me.
The vibe at Moonee Ponds is always calm, welcoming and upflifting. Private rear access parking in the secluded Hinkins St makes for a quick stop and float with minimal fuss. I often book floats during the day while i'm at work and Mary, Max and Erin are always accomodating when bookins are available (not to mention they're some of the nicest people you'll ever meet).
Great experience!! Staff is friendly and it's such a unique and rewarding experience. You come out feeling so refreshed. Can't wait for my next float!!
Had my first combo of infared sauna and float tank here, and i have never felt so relaxed. The level of care the staff show you is something special. So happy you guys have opened your doors again, cannot wait for my next session
Love this place! After a 15 hour drive from brisbane to melbourne, beating the border closures we needed somewhere to relax and this was PERFECT!
Beautifully thought out space with high quality equipment. Every area of the space has been so we’ll considered to create a deeply healing and rejuvenating experience. Warm and welcoming staff. Can’t wait to go back!
