I placed my order online. I found it very easy to build my Neon Sign online. During the process there is a section for any requests. I had asked for the power cord to be at least 5 meters long. Josh was great to deal with!, I got email updates as to the status of my order. Before it was sent, Josh took some photos and sent them to me, so I could check it and see what it looked like. He also extended the power cord! (Thanks). It was packed very well for delivery with tracking, was totally prefect when I unpacked it. The Neon signed came with all the mounting brackets to be wall mounted. The construction of the sign is well made, very professional. I highly recommend Josh and his team. Josh always answers email in a timely way, communication is always important to me when I place an order like this. You wont go wrong with Josh.
