Hi, I got online to this company and commenced a live chat with them regarding a n email a family member received from them, 5 mins into the conversation on live chat when I asked a question - apparently expecting an answer was not a good thing as i was not only given no response but was left on live chat...with the clock ticking - does not give me much faith in the integrity of this company, after 30 mins i then rang them and had a conversation on the phone and although i complained about being left on life chat with no response - no help - the young man i spoke to said I'll let my supervisor know what happened on live chat, however, i am still on live chat and the clock is still ticking at 70mins - wonder how long they will leave me here for. Sorry not a great review here guys..........if rang trying to sort out an issue looking for your assistance - not what i got. The only reason there is one star up there is that i can't post these with none.
