Unbelievably pathetic. After taking an order a week ago and ignoring emails and phone calls to chase the order up, finally an aggravated employer/owner admits they are out of stock and haven't seen fit to advise the customer or to respond to various correspondence efforts. I would avoid these people like the plague. I was told that I was angry and rude, I beg to differ. I was not angry or rude enough. Have a nice day and my advice is find a better supplier for your irrigation needs. AVOID CREATIVE PUMPS

Spoke with the company over the phone initially about a product that I required for a landscaping job, they quoted a price. I asked them to set it aside for collection for three days later, as I am 500km away from the store but was planning a supplies run. When I got there after driving an hour and a half out of my way from another supplier, I spoke with a couple of store staff who had no clue about any of the other products that they were selling (and frankly gave me the impression that they would rather be anywhere else), and when I asked to pick up the products that were set aside for me they refused to honor the price even though I had the persons name I spoke too, dates, times etc. Incredibly despite this they tried to chat me up about what jobs I had on, and what things I would need for the future. All after trying to charge me 600 more for the stuff that I wanted originally. I explained that I would never patronize their business again. I went round the corner to Seaview aquariums explained the situation to the manager there, they looked after me! AVOID this place!
