After months of research and various quotes, we met with Paul and were instantly sold. Paul is a wealth of knowledge and experience. His quote and advice was thorough and HONEST. He accounted for all possible variables and gave us lots of options to consider. The RECYCLED TIMBER we chose exceeded our every expectation. Absolutely stunning and so beautifully laid out. We have a whole new house! The team that came in with Paul were all exceptional. Thank you! Lovely guys, very friendly and worked hard to get the job done faster than anticipated whilst still maintaining a beautiful eye for detail... and coming back to address any concerns we had after. Better Timber Flooring has just completed a refurb of our wooden floor and we couldn't be happier. Nearly a year after we replaced carpet in our study and lounge room with hardwood engineered timber supplied from Better Timber Flooring, we remain very pleased with the product and service provided through Mr Paul Gaunt. Although we laid the flooring ourselves, Paul provided invaluable advice and assistance on options - including samples, install and maintenance, and his team did the final sand and finish. We were particularly attracted to the use of environmentally conscious recycled, reclaimed and remilled timbers and quality of engineering. Paul met our restricted timeframe for supply and regularly checked on the progress of our install over a long weekend. He maintained an infectious enthusiasm for his product throughout our discussions and we highly recommend Paul and his team at Better Timber Flooring.
