My recent purchase of your peeled frozen Australian caught, (Thailand packed) prawns. I have to say they were the worst prawns I have ever eaten. They had absolutely no taste. It is a pity that the quality was so low, given that they were Australian caught prawns.

Bought frozen crumbed Australian whiting fillets... half the size of a fish finger. Front of the packet the picture was normal sized fillet. Ridiculous. 3 times more breading than there was fish because there was so little fish in each fillet! How can you legally catch and fillet such tiny fish?

Bought their frozen "Australian Raw King Prawn Cutlets" from the supermarket recently. I was shocked when I saw the prawns. Majority of the 300gms pack were small and medium size prawns, some had broken tails, only 1 prawn in the entire packet was a king prawn!! When it's been labelled as "King Prawns" you charge a premium price. The quality and size does not correspond to that and very dismal. Looks like there are no quality control at the processing plant. I noticed a similar complaint on google previously and it seems like the company didn't care what customers had to say. I will definitely not buy any of your products again...buyers beware!!

To whom it may concern, Last week I purchased some "frozen raw premium Australian prawn meat" from my local Coles supermarket at Hope Island, Queensland .....(batchcode1512, best before 05.08.2014) I have purchased this product on many occasions even though the price is much dearer than competitors products and comes in smaller size bags, as I am a trained chef and prefer to buy good Australian produce when at all possible. On this occasion I was really Horrified at the poor quality of the prawns, not only where they extremely small but the prawns where broken and soft/ mushy in texture after being only lightly blanched in boiling stock( so definitely not overcooked), the flavor was not that flash either! I was really embarrassed as I was making a special dish for my husband .... our meal was ruined!! I am not the type of person that complains usually but I really thought that this should be bought to your attention as other people may have had similar problems and whilst not complaining in writing be giving you bad "Word of Mouth". I really hope this is a one off situation.....possibly you have had some problems in your production lines or something? I really want to see a good Australian seafood supplier successfully selling top quality Australian product in Coles but on this occasion I was bitterly disappointed.... Hopefully the standard improves or you will lose many customers to overseas competitors
