installation and service was initially good, 2 years on all 3 of our exterior roller blinds have had a sticking manual strap. I have called and left messages on the phone but have had no reply. All i want is some advice on how to fix the problem.
We had a roll down shade installed should have done it ages ago. It cuts down wind allowing us to sit comfortably outside. Danial did a top job with what seems top quality materials. The wind has tried to destroy it but has had no effect, as we were told would be the case. Thanks Danial
