Just bought two king single beds for my kids, I left and thought to write this review. Great customer service, everyone there was very friendly. A big thank you to Sarah for her wonderful help! It’s so nice going into a place where you don’t feel pressured to over spend. She gave me some great honest advice and she and another team member were so lovely towards my son. Thanks again Sarah and the team.
My thanks to Sandra and Elaine who were very helpful and knowledgeable and I believe that I received a great price for the bed I purchased. The two gentlemen who delivered, installed and dismantled my old bed, Darcy and Michael were lovely. Pure gentleman very helpful and accommodating. The boys are an asset to Best in Beds.

As soon as we walked in the door we were happily greeted and helped straight away. We told the lady what we were looking for and what our budget was and never once felt pressured to spend outside our budget. We were shown some options and when we chose one we were able to have delivered for only 30 extra. It was delivered today and the delivery man called to give an update on the delivery time and was cheerful upon delivery. Im so impressed with our overall shopping experience. Buying a mattress felt like a painful, expensive chore but best in beds made it easy and affordable. I'll never hesitate to shop there again or to recommend them.
We bought a new queen matress after 10 yrs and we weren't sure where to start. SHAUN at best in beds was a wonderful help. He was very knowledgeable and kept our budget in mind as well as our comfort. We had our mattress delivered the same day.
