The manager/owner refused to serve me as I had my own half drunk bottle of coke. Previous experiences with this Nandos restaurant have not fared any better, mainly due to the manager having detestable customer service skills, he never smiles, speaks rudely with zero manners. I feel sorry for the other staff he works with as treats them as poorly and as he does customers. Do your best to avoid this Nando's. The great other staff (apart from what seems is his son) ensure the food is always quality but the manager ruins the whole experience.

This was my first visit and what a bad experience I had. They bought out part of one meal then part of another then the last order and we were still waiting for one other item. As we have manners, I waited to eat my chicken tenders until my husbands and sons meals came by then my chicken was stone cold not to mention the chicken was supposed to be hot and there was barely any flavor on any chicken. There was only 2 other party's there who all had their meal and plenty of staff faffing around but they couldn't come together to bring our whole meal iut in one go. Very unprofessional and very poor customer service. I'm so disappointed in this Nando's franchise. If they cared about their customers they would follow up the feed back, lets see if they care. I will post something if they do.

The Nando’s app is so horrible and poorly created. It takes more time than going straight to the outlet and ordering. Suggestion: It would be great if they can bring back the phone ordering

Horrible experience. Asked for a take away. The chicken and wings were packed in a paper bag which is generally used for fries and bread. By the time I reached home, the paper bag looked more juicy and spicy then the chicken. No basting on them even after repeating them twice to put the basting. And people working here doesn't know how to treat customers and take orders. I would suggest try to avoid this Nandos and travel a bit more to other ones.

Good service, friendly staff, fast order processing and tastes very delicious. Besides, being at Eden Rise shopping center, and the playground right at the entrance, is unique for this place. Very convenient.

Terrible customer service. Manager (Clement) is emotionless when serving customers. Seating areas looks shoddy with boxes blocking tables. Time taken to provide the dine in customers is ridiculously long as the restaurant prioritises uber eats / take away customers first. Staff seem to have the same don't care attitude as the manager.

Quality of the food is consistently good. Clement and Stephen run a good business so we are happy to support them.
