Headstart Early Learning Centre in Berwick is a home away from home for our children. The staff are caring and kind, going out of their way to meet the individual needs of our children. They take the time to know our family, working together with us to support our children's growth and learning. Our kids have formed strong bonds with both their educators and the other children. We are thankful to have found a professional, high quality facility where our children feel welcomed and comfortable. We have loved watching our children grow and develop during their time at Headstart

Both my children have had great experiences through this child care. There have been special teachers/carers that truly showed there love more my kids. I am greatful for those who put in that something extra with my kids which helped them become more confident.
Have watched my daughter grew here and develop so many skills I couldn’t imagine she learnt at such a young age. All staff and educators are so kind and caring, never a bad vibe. My daughter has definitely learnt so much confidence and social skills here. I will be 100% enrolling my son as soon as he turns 1. I cannot fault this place, in the past 3 years I have also moved a few suburbs down and there is also a Headstart learning centre right near me, but I love berwick so much I am willing to drive the extra 15mins so my daughter stays happy and knows everyone :) I will surely miss going to this place once all my kids finish - I always recommend this place to my family and friends, if only I could select more then 5 star rating
I’ve been using this facility for the last 5 years. The staff are very professional and caring. The facility is very clean and well equipped. My children enjoy attending and as a parent I feel very comfortable leaving them there. I would have no hesitation in recommending Headstart in Berwick.
My husband, our 18 month old and I cannot speak highly enough about Headstart Berwick. We were so nervous putting our little boy into daycare and the staff here supported us and our son so much in this transition. Our son has absolutely thrived at this center. Not only have they taught him exceptional manners (which we tried at home with far less success) including passing us food when he is finished (instead of throwing it on the ground) and saying please and thank you, but they also taught him some basic sign language to help him communicate with us when he didn’t have the right words including please, thank you and more. These staff are the most dedicated, supportive and beautiful carers. Our son literally brings us photos of them when he is at home for a few days because he misses them. We are having to move house and daycare due to work and half the reason we delayed moving so long was we were so reluctant to move our son from this care center which he loves so much. Such a huge thank you to all the staff at Headstart Berwick and particularly Julie, Alisha, Anna, Diane, Jess, Heidi and Jenny. We cannot thank you enough for your professionalism and dedication to our son and the other children in your care. Thank you for showing our little boy such genuine care and love. We will all miss you!
Can’t rate the centre high enough! Excellent care has been shown to my girls over the 8 years that we’ve been there. The Educators are passionate and dedicated to the children in their care. All staff are professional and friendly. The facilities and resources in each room are excellent, as are the educational programs run to make sure children are engaged based on their own interests. The centre manager Jenny and her side kick Heidi are so approachable and helpful. I feel very lucky to have Headstart make what could’ve been a difficult time, as it was with my son over 4 different centres until we heard about Headstart a very smooth and happy one. Many thanks to all.
Absolutely Fantastic Centre! My three years ago daughter started at Head start BERWICK Centre two months ago, and she Loves all the stuff and educators in the centre. I can see her growths every day and how she develops friendships there. The App the centre is promoting provides the parents updates in real time which is very handy and awesome. I really appreciate all the effort and care from Headstart Berwick Centre!
There is a reason for the 4.9 reviews below but it really should be a 5. The love and support Headstart Berwick provide is nothing short of incredible - my son has done nothing but thrive since being in care. Special thanks to Miss Julie Miss Diane Miss Jess Alisha and Miss Ana (really all the lovely people in the Joey Room) If you are in the area you can't look anywhere else the team at Headstart are angels
