Ordered red velvet cake through doordash and received chocolate mud cake. Well if you don't have the item then cancel the order, we don't like chocolate mud cake and ruin the whole celebration. The mud cake eventually gone in the bin. Tried to ring them at 5.20pm and no one answered. Online it clearly shows the closing time at 6

I had been going here for about a year mostly because of the loyalty card and 99% of the time the customer service is poor. the girl with the colored hair NEVER pays attention to her surroundings, leaves customers waiting and it's a complete rip off when you add extras in your coffee. like double shots - they do not add a double shot. Half the time the coffee is moistly froth and the milk is burnt. I get you probably hate your job but don't take it out on our coffee plz

I love this place, I come here with my mum 3-4 times a week and they never disappoint, the service is great and the coffee is perfect and the staff all know us and we get on with them. They also do the best cake and cupcakes you will have in your life, the chocolate eclairs are to die for. Me and my mum love this place and will always come here for a cup of tea and cake.

Beautiful people but I've ordered twice from here and asked for lactose free as I get bad stomach aches from full cream both times I've ended up sick. Not happy as they could make someone very sick if they're not careful. Also they need to watch the milk, it was burnt and most of my cup was froth not coffee and that's a rip off for a latte should only be a pinky finger width of froth or smaller
