The lady working there is always so lovely however this store is the same price if not more expensive than the other cold rock stores for a much smaller portion! Would prefer to go to cold rock cranbourne simply to get better value for money.

Our go to for a frozen treat! The owner's are lovely and very friendly. My son is lactose intolerant and the other day they accommodated my request to mix up some dairy free sorbet to make it look like my other child's rainbow icecream. Thy definitely provide good customer service! Wide range of icecream flavours and good quality.
Portion size is much smaller than other stores. Do not recommend
