Quoted for dry clean and small repair, they did not do the repair, then wanted to charge again for the repair. : REPLY to your comment,. You asked me to reach out and resolve, why didn't you reach out while I was in your shop. If you don't usually charge for small repairs then why did you comment that you had not charged me for the repair. I did ask you at the time I dropped my jacket if the price included the repair. You said yes. I even tipped.
