I remember my experience of a little while back of visiting Berwick Jaguar to be very pleasant. I was looking at a car and although everyone was busy, and I remember James the Dealer Principal came out to see me to say that it wont be long and answered any immediate questions, Fabian was also pleasant. Will come back when the new F Pace comes out.

I bought a used Mercedez car. Went OK the first few days then the engine light showed on the dashboard brought the car back to them, after 1 week it got fixed and I was told that it was the thermostat causing the issue. Then after few days the car is just heating up, I know as long as it wont reach 120 degrees there is nothing to worry. John the manager told me that normal is up to 100 deg.that car's temp went up to 100 after a 15 minutes of driving! I also forgot to tell him that there is an alarm that says "check the coolant system" and top up the coolant. I have checked the coolant and its full. The fact that it says check the coolant system, then there is something wrong I could not speak because John wont give me time to speak. Is this how you treat your customer? I dont treat my patients in the hospital that way as a nurse! Very bad customer service and very rude and unprofessional. If I only knew I will never buy a car from them. The fact that they are selling luxury cars, I dont think their behaviour is close to luxury. They are only good at first because they want your money. Please think twice before buying a car from them because you will end lodging a complaint via the consumer affairs like my self, well it has to be done! Plenty of car dealership around the area, so shop around and AVOID this car dealership and dont speak to that man called JOHN.
The ad for the car i bought was on carsales I replied to the ad and had a prompt response later followed by a phone call by the salesman known as John which I found very pleasant. I went in on the Saturday dealt with Ali and again very pleasant. From start to finish of me dealing with Berwick jaguar was amazing i could not rate it high enough. It was clean everyone was very friendly. There was no expectations and I did not feel pressured into buying the car.
Nice showroom, great muscle cars - one day I will have the F type SVR, will have to manage in my older XF for the moment.
No star Takes me three trips to berwick jaguar to tell me that my battery Is running low. I mean they advertise like their car can go to the moon and it takes their amazing technology and hard working engineers or mechanics to tell me after 3 trips over months that the car battery is low. All i get is a bill for heavenly diagnostics made done on the rings of uranus and a key chain which i threw in the bin, probably you can give it to the next customer you keeps waiting standing next to your desks for 20 minutes for things you should have done in busy schedule which is giving people key chains as an award to their resilience and patience you take advantage off!!!
In the store for about 20 minutes just browsing around both Land Rover and Jaguar and not one staff member bothered to even make eye contact or share any information on the cars in shop which is their job... poorest service I've ever seen.
Salesman blatantly lied to us. Cost him the sale.
Very pleasant staff, making us very welcome.
