Dealt with the team at Berwick Ford the initial service was not bad but on the day of us getting the vehicle, the experience was nothing short of a joke. Firstly, the hours of wait which we were happy to do given the reasonably busy circumstances. The salesman was happy to send us off on a test drive and then wanted us to make an offer. The story shifted as all the sudden the 2 vehicles! had been sold in a matter of 2 minutes! (Must be Wolf of Wallstreet). As I raised my disappointment on the lack of communication as if the vehicle has been sold or unavailable please tell me so I can leave or look for other options. The sudden change of the salesman’s attitude was a bit alarming and rather unprofessional as he blamed me for not securing a vehicle with a deposit over the phone (for a vehicle I have never seen). The salesman at this stage was a completely new person at this stage not a surprise! as the customer service went out the window. Hopefully the team can address this issue in their next team meeting as it would greatly assist their future goals. Thanks Berwick Ford
I was told at my last service that the power steering pump was leaking and it would cost over 800 to replace. We decided to keep an eye on this, after 1 year there was no leaks on the driveway and the fluid hadn't gone down at all. Had the car serviced at another ford dealership and no mention of leak. I loathe the way some of these places try to rip the unknowledgable people off. Be aware this happens. I won't be returning.
