Unfortunately, I too, am so disappointed in the quality of your Christmas ham I recently purchased. My son and I love our 'quality' ham and I frequently purchase your shaved ham at the deli and we love it, so did not hesitate to purchase your Christmas ham on the bone. It is soooo salty with lots of gristle and fat. My son (26 yo) won't eat it as it 'tastes bad'. In fact .. even my cat's won't eat it. (although they are fussy). So all in all ... a total waste of our frugal monies at this time of year and of course we will now be missing out on our favourite tradition of 'Christmas ham.'

Love this place! Great selection of cheese, small goods, fresh pork and other stuff. One of the few places in the area that you can get boned pork neck. Average prices but good quality and excellent staff. We forgot one of our items there last year and the staff remembered and made sure that we got it and were looked after I'm the new year

Stealth Australian contents. To me this tells me that contents is less than 10% Australian product. Shouldn't the label read less than 10% Australian product. Let's see what the ACCC have to say.

I’m not happy with this company at all, they were delivering products to a shop next to my work and while I was on my lunch break I was sitting in my car and all of a sudden I feel my car wobble, turns out the inconsiderate truck drivers have placed their boxes of meat on the back on my car for a good 5 minutes, I have never witnessed such disrespect in my life. Home of COVID19 (201 cases and counting) - you have to wonder about the company's commitment to OH&S, staff well-being and workplace hygiene. Why so bad guys - do something! Is this just another profits at any cost company? Reply (from Bertocchi) received re COVID-19. Thank you for a prompt and considered reply - your honesty is refreshing! My faith in you is restored (for now) and I will certainly continue to buy your quality products - great to see Victorian companies walking the walk and honouring their responsibilities to community health. All the best!

Simply the best is right! Bertocchi has the best mortadella in Australia! Everything else they do is superb too. Our go to for Xmas ham. Droool!
