I found him pleasant and accommodating when we needed a pre purchase building inspection. The only problem was I couldn't really read the report. He he emailed the report and I only had my phone to read it on. That's hard when there are a lot of pages and pictures. Even if the computer hadn't been packed my printer is seldom used and always has blocked jets. I asked for a hard copy to be sent and he point blank refused. Apparently I'm the only person who had ever asked. In that case it really shouldn't have been a mammoth task for him. I found this very unhelpful. So if you want a hard copy... don't use wise eye.

The report was done very quickly and was very detailed, a lot better then reports I have had done by other people. Martin not only reported any problems but offered advice and solutions as well. The inclusion of photos was a big help. Highly recommended.

I have used Wise Eye Inspections two times now in the last month and I was extremely impressed. I had my pest and building report emailed to me on both occasions within 24 hours. Which was pretty impressive considering we rang Martin one of the times on a Sunday afternoon. Both were very easy transactions. The report itself was very clear, thorough and simple to understand.
