I entered the store wanting to buy some crystals. I had my 2 children with me and one one them was eating, I was told he is not allowed in and of course I told him to wait for me outside. My little one stayed with me and the staff member with white hair asked me to sanitize my daughter's hands as to I immediately did so. What continued was pure rudeness, lack of communication, completely disrespectful behaviour and not inclusive torwards families. She asked if my sanitizer was medical grade and if not we should exit her store. In my experience of travelling across Australia I have never met a more condescending, rude person. She clearly did not want children in her store and that is just wrong. It doesn't matter of how many crystals she is surrounded by, her energy will undoubtedly never be cleansed.

Very nice shop and very friendly staff. The lady was very helpful and nice. She got out of her way to make sure we get the right size ring. This place is worth the visit, they have a huge variety of stones and jewelry. Parking is available on the street.
Great shop, helpful staff and only to willing to to help you find what you need. Thank you Ric for the great reading of my palms love your work.
I came to this place after a friend told me how great it was. She was so thrilled about it that I drove for 2 hours from Sydney to go there and see it by myself. it was worth the trip! I bought a book called "Intuition" and some tarot cards that I love. There are also lots of crystals and much more. The lady that owns the shop was so kind and lovely with me: thank you for your kind words!
Always such welcoming and friendly service. Wonderful products. I love this shop
A treasure trove of divine crystals, books, personal development resources and magic tools. Absolutely worth the visit, topped with fabulous service! Feeling the love!
Low rating for the customer service. A Lady with the short blonde hair. Age between 50 to 60 she wore glasses , was very rude.
Store was nice and one of the ladies was lovely, however the lady with the shorter hair was rude and dismissive and overall unpleasant towards me. She very much gave the feeling that if you didn't fit in to what she believed was the client base for the shop then you weren't worth her time. I won't be going back if she's there again.
