Very good council operated showground caravan/camping area, caretakers very helpful, sites grassy and well maintained, amenities old but quite clean, dump point on sites, easy walk into town with plenty of attractions, rates reasonable, no highway noise and with occasional train whistle as tracks nearby, sites all level. Stay here whenever going this way, also advisable to book sites.
