Waiting for my delivery since 3 weeks and the DHL delivery man came only yesterday. The company sent the product 3 weeks ago and it was somewhere in a DHL warehouse all this time. As I work part time everyday, they ask me to wait the parcel from 9 to 5 pm. I don't want to take a day off for a delivery so now I have to pick it up in a warehouse very far from home. That's not serious and they're not helpfull at all !

Delivery drivers are incompetent
Horrible service. They will not tell you at what time they come to deliver, if you miss the delivery they will not reschedule until next week and will not be telling you at what time they will deliver nor give you a call to inform you. Basically I had to go pick the parcel up to their depot that was 140km away.
Just got an email saying they were unable to deliver my parcel as I wasn't home. I was home the entire time. Turns out their delivery driver couldn't even be bothered to come to the door. DHL is bloody useless.
