First bought a Ford ranger from Darwin Mazda. Being a first car buyer I had no clue about what was best for me. What a pleasure to discover Ben and his Service team at Darwin Mazda after our BT-50 developed overheating issues. Contacted Ben (Service Manager) and he is clearly knowledgable about BT-50s, offering things to check on the way in and even managed to fit us into the workshop at short notice. The Darwin Mazda workshop is well ordered and clean and the customer service staff on the ball. Darwin Mazda analysed the problem, diagnosed the car cooling system and quickly identified and implemented the needed repair. Minimum fuss - maximum result!
