Oh man, Rowan is honestly the best worker at not knowing what he is on about I have ever witnessed I needed my phone repaired for a cracked screen and he said he could have it done at the end of the week. I came in 12 days later and my phone still hasn’t fixed so I kindly told him you are getting a bad review mate!
My granddaughter has of today had her phone there for 3 weeks. It only left the shop today to get repairs. Rowan promised that it had left last Friday, and with a lot of his other statements one can only say he is not very bright. I would not go into this shop as bit is run by smart mouth children who only worry about their pay packets, and don't give adamn about customer service.
