If a Quarter Star was available, that would have been generous! Unbelievable rude arrogant man named David who took over two weeks to (not) quote. I Called to ask if my quote was available to be met with a 'Barrage' of Unprofessional rude attack on the fact that he had visited my property 15years ago (when we first bough) and seeing I hadn't "Quote" 'Done anything then, he (David) wasn't interested in my business" end quote. I was beyond words to reply to this. I said that this was rather Unprofessional approach David then went on the counter attacked towards me with immediate 'Attitude'. I politly asked why he could not have let me know, was met with further bizarre behaviour " 'He didn't have time for this'! What, a Customer? David, it's time to retire mate. Your children, who were repeatedly calling you on the day of measure up (Which you did not pull out a Tape Measure - should have been my first red flag) and the manner in which you belittled / spoke to your child, was frightening. Im glad I dodged a bullet by NOT doing business with you.. You clearly have some 'Customer Relations' issues, which are severely lacking in a business such as yours which not only relies upon accuracy but Word of Mouth. Beware of this business and this owner.
