My sewing machine, an old Askvarna 3500 stopped working with a bang... I thought it ready for council pick up... mind you it looks like new... made a phone call. The lady said the mechanic will look at it... flay rate 120. Will call if it's going to cost more to repair... replaced a couple of parts... that's all I was charged... the machine is like new again... couldn't be happier with this service...
Two months ago I purchased a sewing machine and overlocker from Bernina Chatswood and have been using them solidly ever since. Both machines are refined workhorses, as expected from Bernina, but what I’m particularly impressed with is the great customer service and post-purchase support offered by Rhona, Carol and Tia. They have certainly gone the extra mile and I can’t recommend them highly enough.
Good selection of basic sewing accessories and even fabric (quilting mostly). They provide excellent advice before and after the sale of one of their sewing machines and sergers.
Great shop. Super help and loads of inspiration.
