Rump was okay, but cut too thin and looked better for slow cooking, the brand of jerky they have is excellent

I really hate it when you ring up about a price issue, get promised a call back which never comes, have to ring back yourself again and then the person hangs up on you - get a lesson in customer service!

Thought I'd try a butcher with a decent reputation for some snags that weren't filled with gristle. Sorry guys the snags taste great but the gristle let you down. Won't be buying them again. I'll stick to your normal cuts of meat.
