I had nothing but an excellent experience with this service, they were able to get the required parts 4 days earlier than any other supplier. The customer service was friendly and helpful, and quite happy to answer any questions that I had at the time. All in all Motorcycle Gear went above and beyond in regards to this. They also offer a free motorcycle towing service if you crash your bike (locally), this obviously is a selfless act and shows that the business isn't just about making money. And actually cares about the motorcycle community. After these experiences, I feel as though as it would be a mistake to go through anyone else in regards to motorcycle parts and accessory's.

WOW, what a knowledgeable couple. Ken and Glenda Lovegrove are the duke and dam of the motorcycle industry. They have great stock and made my life a delight in increasing my love of motorcycling. I have owned a Honda ST1300 and had difficulty in maneuvering it due to a set height of 805 cm. I'm a female of about 164cms. Ken saw my problems and lowered the bike for me by 35cmm what a difference it has made to my motorcycling enjoyment. I love the confidence at low speeds, parking and reversing it I have gained. Ken knew the experts all over Australia to rewind the shocks modify this and that to ensure the best outcome for the bike. We are truly blessed in having such knowledge in Berkeley Vale. Ken and Glenda also formed MARI to support the Motorcyclists who have had accidents, MARI has been embraced by hospitals all over Australia. I have much confidence in recommending new and established riders to Motorcycle Gear in Berkeley Vale.
